If you don't know what a foot zone is, that's fine. I didn't either! It is something I have found a passion for because of how much it has helped me and my family, so, I got certified to use that passion and knowledge to help others.
Foot zoning has been around for thousands of years; it dates back to as far as 2500 BC. It was originally practiced in Eastern Asia and China. Cherokee Indians also practiced a form of foot zoning in Northern America. It made its way to other cultures over the years as its results brought others to see its benefits.
Our body is mapped on our feet. Foot Zone Practitioners use a specific massage-like technique to trigger the signals that correspond to the different muscles, bones, joints, organs and systems in your body to allow and help everything work together so it can bring peace, healing, and balance to your life.
Foot zoning is an exquisite way for our whole body to have a voice. When you step on a lego, or stub your toe, you will have a physical response that you pay attention to! Sometimes it is hard to recognize or pay attention to the emotional, mental or even spiritual responses our bodies are trying to give us - letting us know that something isn't quite right, is out of balance and/or needs attention. Foot Zoning is a great way to find out what our body is trying to tell us - and then bringing everything into balance to work in harmony with each other.
